Cabinet by Eugen Höglund, Bildh-verkstad Vetlanda, Sweden, 1940s

A cabinet designed by Eugen Höglund and produced by Bildhuggarverkstad Vetlanda in the 1940s. The two doors are richly adorned with hand-carved panels depicting stylised animal and nature motifs.

Made in walnut with finely carved detailing. The cabinet rests on turned legs connected by stretchers, giving the piece both balance and sculptural presence.
