An unusual cabinet made by Reiners in Sweden in the 1930s. Designer unknown.
Made in mahogany and beech, with exceptional marquetry depicting Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, surrounded by trees, plants and animals. Contrasting woods and grain patterns bring detail to the figures and foliage.

The two doors open to a shelved interior with two drawers featuring alder root veneer fronts. The cabinet stands on curved legs joined by a stretcher.
